Debit orders going forever after cancellation!! Unacceptable!!!!!
I cancelled my services with Wirulink due to relocation last year November and paid those cancelations fees and until last week I was told that services were still active after countless times I have told them that their debit orders are still active and they do debits orders like bi weekly if it was returned. I havr incurred more then R800 of return debit orders in fees from my bank. Candice the account manager wrote me back last week that this is sorteda and today another debit order! Wirulink has pathetic servuce to say the least! My account is BIY001

We have investigated this with all the relevant parties and found that your Vumatel line cancellation has not been processed on the Vumatel systems on 1 December 2018. WIRUlink's billing to Vumatel FTTH customers works off the back of whatever Vumatel charges and because your line has not been cancelled, they billed us and our systems billed you.
Your line cancellation have since been processed on the Vumatel network and you will be credited and refunded for all charges from 1 December 2018 to date. No additional debit orders will be run against your account for this cancelled service.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and thank you for taking the time to report this so we can keep on improving our systems and procedures to offer better customer service in the future.
Yours faithfully
