Client service and retainment of clients-Wirulink

Had some struggles but Shannon really went out of his way in January 2020 to assist me as we live on a farm and signal is bad. I would like to say that wirulink dealt with my irritation in a really professional manner and they do want to retain their clients. After the excellent service from Shannon and tech team I am looking forward to renewing my contract knowing that this company doesn't just want to take your money but that they actually care for their clients
