Breaching contract with poor Wi Fi
It is over two months now with pages and pages of emails and problem logging reference numbers. I even had a visit from their technician and still they cannot sort out my Wi Fi problem. I have been told on two occasions that they do not know what the problem is and I have this on a recording. This has been the worst service ever received from a supplier not even to talk about breaching the contract. I would not recommend anyone to use this company

As per the telephonic and email communication with our Helpdesk and the WIRUlink technician that visited you on 12 October 2018, there are not any problems with your internal WiFi or main internet connection. You have however complained about speed issues on your phone WiFi while streaming TV on a 3rd-party media player. This behaviour is expected while your internet connection are being maxed out. You have also complained about DSTV Now not properly streaming on your 3rd-party media player. This looks like a media player problem and not a WIRUlink internet connection problem as DSTV Now works perfectly fine on a laptop and Youtube and other video services seem to work fine on your 3rd-party media player.
Please get in touch with our Helpdesk should you believe anything have been overlooked as we have tested and confirmed that there are no problems with your WIRUlink Internet Service.
