Beware of their T's & C's they make up along the way!!!!
Where do you hear of wifi installment increasing by over R400 if you change addresses. They quick to upgrade package & confirm your enquiries which are false as you cannot change your package once they've taken your money! They DO NOT STATE THIS IN YOUR CONTRACT SO BEWARE OF WIRULINK. THE MOST FAILED & PATHETIC SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Thank you for your feedback.
As advised to you by our Client Relations Consultant, all installation costs vary based on the service and network type. Each fibre network provider uses their own contractors to proceed with an installation and therefore bill the relevant costs directly. Further as advised, the network provider had agreed to provide a discount should you sign up at the new property instead.
Please refer to the terms and conditions on www.wiru.co.za/legal-documents regarding this matter, which is included in the Service Contract you had signed.
We truly feel sorry that you had felt the need to post this on social media after our Client Relations Consultant had been in communication with you to make your relocation as seamless as possible.
