Best Service Ever!

One often finds it difficult to find extremely good service from companies, I can say this was not the case here, we recently moved houses and due to working from home we needed to get our fibre sorted very quickly.

From the start this process was handled with ease. Yolande Duvenhage first took my call and stated she will get the accounts teams to assist with the migration and within less than a day I received feedback to place my new order.

Nadia von Mollendorf then ran with the rest of the setup as we already had fibre and just needed it to be configured. This was done within a day with no hassles and extremely good communication from her. She went above and beyond to assist with transition. I would like to give her a huge thanks from my end for this fantastic service received, this is one rare employee to have on your team.
