BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

WIRUlink has the worst customer service EVER. I had requested for installation 2 weeks ago and no installation has happened because their Technician firstly don't arrive on time to they scheduled customers and secondly they don't travel with the right equipment. The installation was delayed by THEY team. WIRUlink doesn't even have the decency to prioritize the installation, now I possible have to wait 2weeks for the same techs to come with the right equipment. They have even failed to give me a date for this installation to happen!!! The service is APPALLING to be quite honest. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone
