Bought new smashed isuzu
Well of the bat bought an isuzu from a very helpful consultant as a demo. But 3years later the ligt was broken and had to be replaced the service department had no problem replacing it but also became aware of the bashbar on front of the chassis was bent and that bakkie was in an accident.. I was not aware of that neither was i in an accident at that time. So the sales consultant who helped me talked to the guy incharge and told me what i wanted. I didnt ask for anything except to set up the front like it should be-fix it but low and behold he sent it to a panelbeater in secunda as i have tracker in knew where it was now these guys tried to fix it but i still struggle to line the bumper up to this day. Be careful when you buy there not sure what went wrong for this to happen... But if they didnt see it and i didnt chances are you wont either

Poor service from Westvaal Secunda
I have been trying to get a date and quotation for a service for my Isuzu bakkie. I have called westvaal Secunda several times, all they do is promise to get back to me with a quotation and then they disappear into thin air. Im even skeptical now because if I struggle to get a date then will I get an excellent service? Im disappointed to say the list.

Poor service from Westvaal Secunda
I have been trying to get a date and quotation for a service for my Isuzu bakkie. I have called westvaal Secunda several times, all they do is promise to get back to me with a quotation and then they disappear into thin air. Bad costumer service 😡
I had a very bad customer service from one of the ladies in the front desk when i went to pick up my chevrolet utility from the service. She insisted the I brought my car late overdue for 15000 km service even though the service book said it was on time. She was rude and arrogant, She was very disrespectful, addressing me like a 4year old...I will never ever set my foot in dealership again.

Useless
And again Westvaal Secunda failed me. I was without my car for 2 months without being offered a courtesy car for a warranty claim. Got my car back today, made a funny sound. Took it back immediately. Workshop manager, Attie, tells me je doesnt know what causes the sound but it wont let me stand next to the road. And guess what........ Midnight and I am female alone stranded next to the road.
