Poor service from Westvaal Secunda

I have been trying to get a date and quotation for a service for my Isuzu bakkie. I have called westvaal Secunda several times, all they do is promise to get back to me with a quotation and then they disappear into thin air. Im even skeptical now because if I struggle to get a date then will I get an excellent service? Im disappointed to say the list.
