Bad costumer service 😡

I had a very bad customer service from one of the ladies in the front desk when i went to pick up my chevrolet utility from the service.

She insisted the I brought my car late overdue for 15000 km service even though the service book said it was on time.

She was rude and arrogant, She was very disrespectful, addressing me like a 4year old...I will never ever set my foot in dealership again.
