Zero Zip Nothing No Service

I have been with Webafrica for many years and when they introduced a Chat Bot to resolve queries instead of a person behind the phone, their service is now non-existant. I tried a few months ago to resolve an issue and gave up and now the same today. The Chat Bot just says that they will connect you to someone or something that will resolve your issue and then nobody ever gets to respond to you. I have emails from a genuine source that are being sent to spam and I cannot get them to help to resolve my issue. I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole if I was making a choice over a service provider.
