ZERO SUPPORT

Web Africa sell a nice product, but when support is needed, nothing is given. I've ordered a new package from their web site, because it is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. When I did, I had a massive debit on my account. Both old and new package was still active. for 2 weeks now after multiple requests, I still don't have my full refund that was promised to me. The Whatsapp support is so slow it takes the whole day to get a hold of an agent. Web Africa doesn't even deserve a 1 star when it comes to service. I am fed up with this very poor service.
