Zero Support!

What happened Webafrica? a few years back your support was one of the best - now I have get absolutely zero response! I was charged for a router I didn't order (credit note has been app**** mind you). Now for weeks I have been trying to get a ticket open with regards to the placement of my fibre box - it has been almost a month now!
