Zero service delivery and *********** agents

Firstly Webafrica is deceptive in their marketing and promotes a contract free service. Upon trying to cancel my service at a temporary residence, I was informed that there is a claw back fees for installation of R2500. An installation was never done at my premises, there was an existing line and it was merely an activation. It is impossible to get hold of someone to speak to and their WhatsApp Agents transfer you from pillar to post. They have now charged me Claw back fees for an installation and also suspended my line. This is such a frustrating experience and the incompetence as well as inaccessibility of agents is disturbing to say the least. I would not recommend them to anyone.
