ZERO SERVICE ASSISTANCE, RUDE STUFF AND THEY OVERCHARGE YOU AND TELL YOU TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT

I am so dissapointed with the service I am receiving from Web Africa. Especially their whatsapp consultant by the name of Cuma, very rude and cold. I received a statement from Web Africa stating that I should pay R783 and I left that amount on my account to be debited, yes I have the proof, Then later I received a statement saying I should pay R1690 and I queried that and I requested that I pay the R783 then the rest of the money monthend. They went on to suspend my account even though the error is on their side. Nobody is assisting me, from Facebook to Whatsapp everywhere. I am also billed for VOIP that I did not use, that they are very aware that their service never worked till the following month
