Zero help uspport after 5 fays

Been trying to a week to get assistance. They keep referring me to their stupid whatsapp number which remains unattended for hours at a time. Theri client zone didn't allow me to update my account details. Emailing their support through their client zone saw the emails disappear. When they did respond three days after logging a ticket - it was to say the ticket was closed even though hey did not attend to the request at all. Pity their advertising make them appear to be really on top of things, cos once they have your money they ignore you completely.
