Zero Customer support, false advertising

It is impossible to get hold of this company... The only method to talk to them is through Whatsapp. You are queued by a bot to potentially get in contact with someone that can help. You get notified every ~15 minutes that they are still trying to connect you, but it never happens - I have been on hold now for 4 days... I was lucky enough to get in contact with a person 6 days ago, but then each discussion line takes between 30 min and an hour to get a response on... The chat then also gets cut when the response becomes difficult, and you start the process again. Adverti*****t promises are made of porting your telkom numbers, Do not fall for this one, this is a solid lie.
