Zero customer service

I requested an existing line to be activated and 6 days later the only thing I have is apologies from a robot. Besides those messages I have many more telling me to be patient after 6 days I should be changing my service provider again. Unfortunately this is the service level of Webafrica but the first chance I get to jump to another service provider I will. Enjoy it while it lasts.
