Zero customer service - and terrible connection

What absolutely rediculous service. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. The what’s app option is terrible - no response.

The fibre connection is dropping every few minutes and being 100% reliant on it for work I’m at a loss. Anyone else have a better option?
