Zero Customer Service

I continuously have issues with WebAfrica, their whatsapp service is pathetic, today i was put through to Leon, and for the last 25 minutes, no reply to my question.

Previously i could not contact WebAfrica when my service was down, there is no after hours help, and when I wanted to cancel, they wanted to charge me for the fibre line I already had installed.

There is no customer service at all, also increased my monthly subscription without notice.
