Zero Coverage through WEBAFRICA

I Live in Umlazi and work remotely online. For work purposes fiber connection is paramount otherwise my work tools don't comply. I have had on and off internet connection in my area for the past 6/7 months. My ISP is WEBAFRICA and the infrastructure is maintained by VUMATEL and they have a 3rd party technical team called BRIGHTLINK. As a client who pays for this service I have not received any good service from all 3 of this companies who I think have a contract with each other. When you call the ISP they tell you they cannot assist you because VUMATEL through BRIGHTLINK have declared Umlazi as a "volatile place" and even described it as having "Civil unrest". This is the only answer one receives as a client when looking for service through WEBAFRICA and VUMATEL. I have a case number which I got from VUMATEL which has been opened for more then 30 days with no solution to it. When I ask what is the protocol and turn around time to case closure there is no formal answer to this. I then asked for a resolution to this and I was told it was escalated to senior management and BRIGHTLINK and that they are in talks to resolve the situation with local forums in the area but they cannot let me know what the time lines to this are. The best advise to give me was that I terminate my contract with them until this matter is resolved.

What Great customer service this is and polished off with Great advise.
