Zero care about customer service

It’s so shocking that this company has so many detractors and zero response for most I’ve seen.

Is customer service and delivery not a prerequisite for taking money from people?

They live chat is non sense. Their what’s app line is just as bad if not worse. Literally, every time I had WiFi issues.
