Zero accountability from Web Africa
I am horrified regarding the bad service I experienced with Web Africa.
Every consultant since the Web Chat seems indifferent whether you get good service or not, their only goal is to get you to either stop messaging them or transfer you to someone else.
I attempted to cancel my Metro fibre and app**** for Telkom fibre. A consultant assisted with this ticket and I was not informed of anything for 2 weeks.
I contacted Web Africa regarding the progress of my new Telkom fibre, Web Africa then informed me that the new order has been cancelled by Openserve. I specifically asked that consultant and every other consultant I spoke with to ensure my Metro fibre will still be canceled, I was repeatedly assured it will automatically cancel.

I took a screenshot of the chat session where I was informed that my Metro fibre will be canceled
I attempted to find a new service. Eventually I ended up requesting Telkom LTE 2TB instead of fibre at the new location.
I was then informed that nothing on the system indicates that my Metro fibre will be canceled. I spent over 4 hours trying to get someone to understand I did ask for my service to be canceled. They eventually indicated that I will only need to pay for Metro fibre until the Telkom LTE is activated, I reluctantly agreed as this was taking too much of my time.

The new Telkom LTE service is delayed, so I followed up

I asked regarding notes or comments, and any consultant asked just says nothing is noted, nothing on the system regarding the billing or agreements.
I try to take screenshots as any new chat agent just simply states nothing on system, please cancel your service. I have been a loyal client for many years and this has been a complete disaster, the chat agents do not take any responsibility for any outcome, nothing is transparent to the customer, who is then left to take the consequences.
I am seriously starting to think I need to cancel all my services with Web Africa.
