Your what's app doesn't assist and you can't even log in calls

I don't know what one should do anymore I have been trying to pay my wifi from yesterday changed my banking details even went to the lengths of using your what's app to get assistance all day today nothing happened. I can't work now and I can't watch television. Yes I know I was wrong changing banking details but had done it before and I do have funds in my account I don't know what else to do.
