Your service is ridiculous!!!!!

Very upset with this company. I was not aware that my sim card LTE for MTN cannot work in my huawei router, yes i should have looked at the list but then when asking for help theres nothing you can do??????. So my sim was blocked. I removed the sim card, its in my cupboard, but im getting constant emails that my sim is locked when its not even active!!!!!!! i have had no help with obtaining a router at all, but you charge me for a sim card that i cannot use. This company is ridiculous i shouldve stayed with rain.
