You should close down

The most useless company evert. Impossible to talk to anyone. Pathetic service. Still waiting for a refund from April. Router was collected by their couriers months ago. Now they send me an email from their legal department asking to return a router that was never used and collected by their couriers. Absolutely and utterly a useless company.
