you reset my password
How can you just reset my password. It is monday morning and I can email client because you changed my password. This is unexceptable, dont you think it is better to maybe discuss it with me firts and then do what you need to. I cant work, you are costing me revenue by the minute because I cant respond. ***!!!

Our guys sent an email to your registered email address at 01:37 am this morning to inform you that we noted spam originating from one of your email accounts.
Our system verified that the spam is unsolicited and in bulk. The password for the compromised email account was not secure enough, therefore, the password was compromised via malware - such - as viruses or trojan applications. We highly recommend antivirus scans on the computer(s) and network associated with the affected email address.
In order to prevent further spam from being relayed through our network, we have reset the password for this account. And please scan the computer for malware before changing the account details on the mail client.
