You must just WAIT!!
So, its day 3 now since some useless soul at WebAfrica and/or Openserve deleted my profile from their network in error, and I am still not reconnected and possibly will not be connected for the weekend. I have been told that there is absolutely nothing anyone can do about it, no escalation, no follow ups, no support.... I HAVE TO JUST WAIT. What terrible service. Please think before you sign up with these providers!!! #useless #annoying

27 Mar 2026, 16:24Your 'private' says nothing, I am not even sure why you rep**** privately as there is no request for personal info in your private reply. You are just hiding behind this option.
My services were deleted by you in error and now I am paying the price by having no wifi for already close to 72hrs and potentially for the whole weekend. You have resolved nothing from your reply on this complaint. I work from home and have spent unnecessary amounts of money on mobile data
