Hi Monita, we hear your frustration, dealing with repeated WiFi issues is never ideal, especially when you’re expecting a stable and consistent connection. Even if things are being resolved, ongoing interruptions can quickly become disruptive, and we understand why that would leave you feeling this way. While infrastructure elements like Vuma’s network play a role in overall performance, we don’t want you stuck in a cycle of recurring problems without a lasting fix. What matters most is getting your connection stable and keeping it that way. If you’re still experiencing issues, the best next step is for us to properly review your line in detail so we can isolate whether this is a coverage, installation, or equipment-related concern and guide you toward a more permanent resolution. We’re here to help get this properly stabilised for you, not just patch it temporarily. Warm regards,
 Webafrica Crew

Hi Monita, thank you for getting back to us, we hear your concern, especially knowing that others in your area are also experiencing similar issues. We understand how frustrating that can be, particularly when you’re just looking for a stable connection that works as expected. Our technical team is currently looking into this, and they are actively investigating the cause as part of the wider area-related fault. We’re working to get clarity as quickly as possible so that a proper resolution can be put in place for everyone affected. We really appreciate your patience while this is being worked on, and we’ll continue to follow up until there’s a clear outcome. Warm regards,
