You guys suck!!!!!

I tried to avoid going this route but I was given no choice. Judging by the amount of comments and bad reports on this site, I take it that this is the way Webafrica operates. I would advise anyone looking to take up an internet deal to rather go through another company. Afrihost offers similar packages for design etc and Mweb is very reasonable when it comes to hosting. I used to use Mweb for just the hosting side and everything ran very smoothly. Since joining Webafrica, I have had countless problems with my email. The main problem is the amount of email that gets directed to my spam folder. I missed a few emails as a result which resulted in me loosing potential clients. I contaced Webafrica and was told that this would be fixed and the emails would not go to my spam. Even after this, I continued to have my email directed to my spam folder. Again I requested this that this be fixed but guess what??? Nothing, so I requested again... Now I don't receive my important emails at all. You guys were so friendly and helpful signing me up but as soon as I was signed up, your service levels dropped drastically. I've hated dealing with Webafrica and I wish no one has to experience this.
