You DON'T get what you pay for.

I am paying an exorbitant amount for an 80/80 line and only getting 78/0.6.

I have tried reaching out on their Whatsapp as well as Online Chat and have just simply been ignored.

Now I know why they don't have a call center, because it is easier to just ignore the customer, than to actually answer a call and then have to pretend to give customer service while doing noting to give the customer what they are actually paying for.
