You can lose your job because of their bad service

hello I have a problem with webafrica/ vumatel the wifi supplier, I have open a problem on my wifi that need them to come out on the 16/06/2024 still today no one has come, my wife is working at home, they have close to maintenance tickets without them coming to fix the problem, I have paid the whole month without any service, I'm really disappointed in their service, I want out but I can't cause there is no service providers only them that's why they take the advantage on us, I'm in eersteriver 41 albertros avenue
