I'm currently having the worst experience with webafrica. I canceled my services with them and ordered a second line for my new adress I payed for new adress on the 18th of January till today they haven't come to install yet they told me it will take 3 to 5 days after payment for installation to happen. Two weeks later I'm still waiting no communication from them. Than to my suprise money was debited on my account for the services that I canceled from my old house. They sent me the email that indeed that Fibre was canceled but why debit now. I'm so frustrated I'm paying for services that I'm not getting. Webafrica and vuma is the worst
