I signed on for webafrica two weeks ago and the technicians came on Tuesday, the rooter was only delivered on Thursday, there was a fault with the signal called yesterday and spent lot of airtime speaking with people who didn’t know what they were doing, did I mention that while signing we met a guy by the name of Thapelo who told us to call him whenever we experience a problem, Thapelo stopped taking our calls, we finally spoke with a lady by the name of Prudence who went all out even sending technicians to came and check our line and kept in contact all through the process, finally the line was fixed and asked us to call webafrica and ask them to set configuration of the rooter which can only be done through the sheety whatsup finally a lady by the name of Zeenat tried to help but still the problem couldn’t be fixed and asks if she sent me through the technicians, after sometime I got a response that it seems like no one is available as they are available til 21:00 my due the time was 19:30. Today I sent a message via the stupid robot what’s up and finally I spoke with Imani who still couldn’t solve my internet connection. I’m going to pay for the **** service that I can’t use and no one is able to help. I’m regretting signing with webafrica and looking for other service providers, cos they never kept part of their deal. My id is ***
