Paid for WiFi installation then they came to install the router. All of a sudden I'm told it cannot connect to the Vuma pole outside and technicians will come after 2 to 3 hours but it's almost 24hours later and nothing. I called the head office for this Vuma company and I'm told it says installation on hold without any reason.. Long story short I'm very disappointed ☹️ with their service as i paid everything and now I'm made to feel like it's my fault. I'm considering asking for a refund and
