Wrong Order/Services

Can you get someone to contact me please. I have ordered a fibre and the guys came on Saturday to install, but it is not what i have ordered. Its best i get someone that i can explain to because the whatsapp chat and online chat is not working. I need to resolve this ASAP as i am working from home.
