Wost ISP ive seen in 25years

Probably the worst ISP i have come across in 25years - no human to talk to on the phone and then when u do finally find a number you get put on hold for 30mins and get cut off - is the business running out of a garage or just not give a **** then to get invoiced the incorrect amount - and debit order works on 5 other isp accounts but webafrica payment portal or debit order system is just not working try sort it out and get told by a person knows nothing and wont really help you that they don't do eft - but hey I'm only trying to sort out my account so who gives a **** right?????????????
