WOST ISP EVER!!!

Good day, I have been unfortunate enough to have webafrica as my ISP. They have absolutely no idea whats going on when you phone them and if you log a issue with them you get a ticket thanking you for the call/email and you never hear from them again. Should you try to phone the regarding anything they transfer you from department to department without the issue being resolved at the end.

It took them two months to actually install the fiber line after I had to explain to them that they never actually did the installation in the first place as the system showed.

I have now upgraded the line and that was almost 2 weeks ago. I have emailed and logged queries numerous times, and have phoned them but still no one has done anything and the line is still not upgraded. But I can assure you at the end of the month they will be the first to take the newly upgraded amount out of my account.

If you decide to get a fiber line.. STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
