As far as LTE service goes they are probably have made an effort. But the Fibre support just deserved a minus 10. I app**** for service to a new address which was processed no problem.

The problem started when they delivered the router and started billing me for an active service yet the router is still sitting in the box on my counter. The previous owner had Fibre installed and theirrouter was in a seperate cottage on the property.

For more than a week I have been battling to get hold of anybody in the nonexistent departments at WORSTAFRICA to no avail.
