Worst worst worst service delivery

This is the most pathetic company I have ever come across..

Too many issues and very eager to take your money but not eager to return even when they haven't done their work properly..they are *****s if you ask me..

Delivered a router of which they ddnt inform me I needed to pay for no1 No2 they delivered and charged me even when nothing was installed and mind you Fibre wasn't live in my area and they couldn't see that..

I had to use my air time time after time to get this issue sorted.. then upon retrieving the router they deducted my account with 999 which now also left me with extra money to pay as they tried to deduct several times for their own mistakes..mxm
