Worst worst worst ISP!!!

This has to be by far the worst service I have ever experienced from any business. Haven't had internet at the house for over 2 weeks now. Only form of communication is a useless whatsapp line where one would have to repeatedly speak to different agents explaining the same issue that "Internet is down" to a point that I don't know how else to say it without getting a response that it has been escalated. Vumatel technicians came out only after 2 weeks and said there's nothing they can do on their side as the issue is with the ISP. I am again without internet and not a single care from Webafrica. This hasn't been the best of experiences.
