WORST WORST SERVICES OH SORRY NO SERVICE!!!!

May i please request may services to be reconnected my monthly installment is fully paid, Apparently I've emailed them to say im moving which they can't anyhow show me the email which "I" Apparently sent for the internet to be moved to new place how ste they doing they job if they are doing this nonsense , I have only moved in to my house 2 months ago, No one can help me now they have placed another installation order with evotel for what i dunno ill also attach my Proof of payment i mean 1 week to reconnect it is absurd

I have been waiting for provisional department 4days now they keep on telling me your services wil be reconnected by 12oclock ??? Which day which year??

Please can you get "WEBAFRICA TEAM MANAGER" to phone me ASAP OR ELSE REFUND MY MONEY
