WORST WIFI -WEBAFRICA/VUMA

I have gave my nptice month at Webafrica-Vuma for the end of Feb 25.I even downgraded for the month of Feb 25 - because I joined OpenServe.In March Vuma deducted again and say it my fault.But I did in Jan 25 instructed them to cancel for the end of Feb 25.Why will I belong to 2 wifis it absurd..can you please help against this BULLIES
