Worst wifi ever

Worst wifi service provider ever! I run an airbnb and my guest has been without Wifi for the last week! I logged a call and all I keep getting are messages telling me that the query is in the fault's department. Plus the agents via whatsapp have been extremely unhelpful! Would not reccomend this service provider. It's literally been a three days of no internet from the 20/03/2023 till 23/03/2023 which is frustrating
