WORST WIFI COMPANY EVER !!!!!!!!!

If I could give this -10 stars I would. This service is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. The only way to receive help is through their WhatsApp chat. This Live Chat is EXTREMELY USELESS. I have tried for the past 8 hours to simply cancel my account. I’ve spoken to about 9 agents, each more unhelpful than the previous. I keep being transferred to new agents, but still receive NO HELP AT ALL. The cancel button on their website doesn’t even work. I am utterly appalled by this WiFi service. DO NOT sign up with them EVER. They don’t deserve to exist. Awful awful awful company.
