Worst Wi-fi provider and zero customer care

This is honestly the worst fibre provider in South Africa. I logged a new line application on the 12th June 2025, I STLL DONT HAVE WIFI!!! Now I am struggling to get this team to fetch their Wi-Fi equipment.

This company has a useless What's app line and no direct call center to finalize cancellation
