Worst wi-fi ever

Worst wi-fi i’ve ever had by far. From about 2 months ago my latency went from 20 to 250ms. Nothing i do works, nobody responds to the whatsapp’s i send, nobody says anything, i’m completely in the dark. I have 25% packet loss constantly. what a terrible pathetic excuse of a company
