Worst than Eskom, Home Affairs and Telkom Combined

Webafrica, What a forking Joke! On 1 April i requested my internet to be cancelled as you are one of the most expensive providers with service levels worst than blerrie Eskom and Telkom combined! Today, my great new service provider Afrihost contacted me to confirm that you have failed to cancel the line as its still active on my side so they cannot proceed with what I have requested from them (Again, Afrihost, thank you for your continues communication and clarification and support, best ever!) Accordingly, i contacted you Webafrica i spoke to a certain "Thobile" who asked me for proof of my cancellation request, i gladly provided this as well as Neo's confirmation that the request has been logged with the compulsory 30 days notice. Thobile, then advised she will get someone to contact me, 8 hours later, and i am still waiting. As such i contacted your offices again and this time i met a guy named Arnold, I explained the whole story to him and informed him that I am trying to resolve this issue after his bestie Thobile abandoned me, I was very surprised when Arnold, so "nicely" requested me to log my own cancellation and that now again i must wait 30 days! What a joke, talk about incompetency, anyways after making a huge scene, he FINALLY sends a manager my way, named Noluthando, who again just ended my chat without any word! Now the problem is webafrica has no customer service email or call center that i can contact, what a useless bunch. Anyways folks stay away from them!
