Worst support structure ever.

No telephone, helpdesk support or even a number to get an issue resolved. 2nd time in 6 months my line is mysteriously cancelled and when I get angry and say keep it that way, they say no I must give 30 day notice and can only do that once they fix the issue.....run by ANC government logic for sure. 30 hrs later and no fix. Hate this company, as a web developer this is a disaster and If I ran my hosting like webafrica runs their business, I would be out of business.
