WORST SUPPORT SERVICE EVER

Honestly, WebAfrica has been a massive disappointment. The service is terrible, but what really gets me is the support — or lack of it. You simply cannot get hold of anyone when you need help. Calling goes nowhere, and their WhatsApp support is a complete joke. Long waits, generic replies, and half the time no resolution at all.

These support agents is not technical at all!
