Worst support in SA

I ordered a line last month for my new property, I had to reschedule the install and it took me 2 days to get hold of support on whatsapp! So I decided to cancel it completely because 2 days for a reply is just unacceptable. Now almost a month later I'm still not able to get a line installed because webafrica is not releasing the line with vumatel. I've followed up 4 times! I've logged tickets and it's still not done! It takes an hour to talk to someone on support and each time I get told wait 48 hours, nothing has been done! I want this released so I can go on with my install and you are just not doing anything about it! I was warned about webafrica and I should have listened.
